One of my biggest passions is educating people of all ages about the role of weight training in not just improving health, but in enhancing overall quality of life.
In 2019, I developed a strong interest in pelvic health and completed certification coursework through Herman & Wallace in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. Since then, I’ve worked with women experiencing pelvic pain and incontinence, as well as those seeking guidance on exercise during pregnancy, postpartum, and through menopause. I am also a certified menopause practitioner through Snowdon and Litos, allowing me to support women through the physical and hormonal changes of midlife with a comprehensive, evidence-based approach
