I’m an Orthopedic and Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, and my mission is to help you feel like yourself again.

Originally from Washington, I grew up as a competitive athlete and eventually swam at the collegiate level. My journey into physical therapy began in college when I faced my own struggles with shoulder injuries. This experience sparked my deep interest in learning how to manage pain while staying active.

I know how devastating it can feel to be sidelined by an injury — how scary it can be to wonder if things will ever improve or if you’ll ever feel “normal” again. That’s exactly why I’m here: to tell you that healing is possible, and you’ve come to the right place.

I take a holistic approach to care, working with each individual to create personalized treatment plans that help you return to your daily life pain-free. Most importantly, I want you to feel confident in your ability to manage your symptoms should they ever return.

Let’s work together to get you back to doing what you love, leak-free or pain-free!

I am a.....

One of my biggest passions is educating people of all ages about the role of weight training in not just improving health, but in enhancing overall quality of life.

In 2019, I became interested in Pelvic health and completed my certifications in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. This led me to work with women experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, and those seeking guidance on exercise during pregnancy, postpartum, as well as during menopause.

I’m incredibly proud to be a resource in helping you feel empowered during pregnancy and better prepared for labor & delivery. The postpartum period is such a delicate and important time - for you and your baby.

I know all too well how isolating this time can feel and how limited resources are available. I feel incredibly privileged to help you navigate this life-changing transition with emotional and physical support.

Feel empowered & prepared for all stages of life.

"Working with Gwen has literally been life changing for me."

As a competitive athlete I developed serious medical issues during my preparation for the world championships that threatened to sideline me from the sport I loved. Through her understanding of my sport, and deep knowledge of physiology, she was able to find a way to help modify my technique and still compete at an international level. As a result, I won the world championship in 2023.
